Recent Agent Comments:

This is the best investment I have ever made in my career. I had my best year in 2009 after taking the class. I closed 24 deals. (One of the top agents in Danville for 2014, 15 and 16).

  • Sue Rubin, Danville (seasoned veteran)

“I had such good momentum, closing 8 deals during the class!!! Now I am stuck at 13 and I want to reach 20 for the year. Thank you so much for all of your help and all the positive energy I got from you and the class. It helped me break through! I need to change my yearly income projection of $100,000 since I have already reached $140,000! I am working on not stressing out and letting go of the small stuff (like a perfectly clean house) and enjoying vacation and family time. Thank you.

I feel compelled to write and thank you for creating and delivering such a powerful training program. I truly believe that the 10-week course was an equity building investment strategy in my real estate career. Being what some consider a seasoned agent, there are many habits and routines I found myself patterned by which created some road blocks and slowed my business’s momentum. Given I am a self-evaluating person by nature, while I probably would have given myself a shake up, your class prompted me to take a long, hard look at my business practices and see them for what they were as well as what they could be. Your course touches on the routine with a fresh eye and unlatches the door to a more open mind about how one runs his/her real estate business. I think this is the best time and money I’ve spent over the last 9 years on any kind of real estate course. Your always upbeat personality and insightfulness create an environment to learn from you with enthusiasm and fun…thank you! –   Lisa Thompson, San Francisco

HUGE RESULT:  An agent from Berkshire Hathaway in Discovery Bay took the class and took 3 new listings in 1 week, two of them over $1M using Kitty’s Listing Presentation materials.
